This privacy policy applies to the use of the website loehrke.com. The protection of your personal data to us is a major and very important concern. Following, we would like to inform you in detail about what data are collected from you during your visit to our website and the use of our services and how these are processed or used by us. At the same time we inform you about accompanying protection measures we have taken in technical and organizational terms. As a purely precautionary measure we draw your attention to the fact that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may involve gaps in security. For the extent and nature of the collection and the use of your data, it is important to distinguish between a purely informational use of our website to the retrieval of information and the use of the services offered by us:

3.1. Informational use

Personal data is basically not required for only informational use of our website. Here we collect and use only data from you that is automatically sent us through your Web browser, such as:

  • the amount of data transferred and the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.) and

We store your IP address for the duration of your visit, but no personal evaluation takes place.

For establishing the contact merely your e-mail address is a compulsorily requirement, all other information is optional; this is also indicated visually. The collection or use of your information is done solely for the purpose of contacting you and to provide customized solutions when needed. Your personal data is not transmitted to third parties.

Beyond establishing contact to you, we would like - of course only to the extent that you have already given your explicit consent at a separate place - to offer a website geared to your interests as well as occasionally send you by mail or e-mail (in the form of our newsletter) interesting news and information about our company or our goods and services. 7. Data security

We use all technical and organizational security measures in accordance with section 13 para 7 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) in accordance with the state of the art to protect accumulated or collected personal data. Our security procedures are continually enhanced as new technology develops.

8. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google").
