Process extension to the classic foam technique
Whether as an extension of minor foaming technique or as a solution for a special application. With our LOEHRKE FIP technology, process breakdowns in processing plants with conventional, separately operating CIP and COP (external cleaning) procedures can be compensated for, hence achieving significant advantages for the plant operator. FIP offers a modular plant concept for process hygiene with consistent and documentable cleaning results for different tank dimensions. Using suitable FIP target jet cleaners or two FIP robot variants without having to make any design modifications to the process tanks. In addition, there are two possible upgraded concepts for adjusting the FIP process to standard CIP systems.
This means that either existing CIP systems or classic stack tank systems can be expanded without any problem. In some cases, additional restructuring and coordination of the system controls are necessary. For upgrade solutions, a detailed mechanism according to the tank specifications and the invested funds are proposed.
The application of the FIP process guarantees significantly improved economic efficiency with considerable savings prospects compared to classic tank cleaning.
Since the process is performed cold, heating times are secluded. This saves energy.
